£50m claim emerges as Rangers set for busy transfer window under Danny Rohl
Danny Rohl is expected to be the man calling the shots as Rangers are looking to add to their ranks this summer.
Thus far, the German has made four new signings at Ibrox, one of them being a loan deal, with Andreas Skov Olsen joining only until the end of the season.
Rangers have the chance to sign Skov Olsen permanently, but as things stand, they are not expected to go ahead with it.

Graeme McGarry issues £50m transfer claim
The Terrace journalist Graeme McGarry has urged the Ibrox outfit to make homegrown signings in the summer transfer window.
He feels that they will be making a mistake if they end up spending 50m on overseas players, who they will have arrived upon via a spreadsheet.
Teams these days do rely on data a lot more than they did in recent seasons, and that has impacted the way recruitment works.
Would Rangers have won the league if they signed Lawrence Shankland instead of Youssef Chermiti?

However, McGarry believes that they will be making a mistake by doing that and will be looking for a new manager again in October, as things will not have worked out.
The Gers did splash the cash last summer, when Russell Martin was in charge, but that did not work out, and he was soon shown the door.
Rangers are backing Rohl despite recent results, but it is important that the recruitment team does not let him down.
McGarry wrote: “It has been no surprise in recent weeks to hear Rangers fans bemoaning the lack of a Scottish core in their side, or at the very least, a core of players who know the scene, the club and what is demanded of you as a Rangers player.
“Alternatively, the club could piddle another £50m or so up the wall solely on foreign talents identified by spreadsheet, and we’ll be back here in October saying roughly the same things after Rohl has been sacked.
“Signing players like the ones above won’t guarantee that Rangers win the league next season, and they will need to be supplemented by quality around them. But would they have capitulated like they have over the last three matches if they had them? I doubt it.”

Who will be Rangers’ first signing of the summer?
Rangers will need to sign more defenders than any other position, given how many defenders will be leaving.
Along with James Tavernier, whose deal is running out, Max Aarons, Derek Cornelius, Nasser Djiga and Jayden Meghoma will all be leaving.
This makes it imperative for the club to sign two full-backs and at least one new centre-back.

Luke Graham could become Rangers’ first signing of the summer transfer window, as a lot of work has been done to sign the Dundee centre-back.
Personal terms have been agreed with Graham and it is now down to the two clubs to decide on a transfer fee.
He is expected to be a regular starter and partner with Emmanuel Fernandez in the heart of the defence.
