WWE superstar CM Punk delivers ‘intense’ verdict on Rangers vs Celtic
CM Punk discusses the intensity in Old Firm games
The WWE World Heavyweight champion has stated that he finds the games between Rangers and Celtic intense.
He also joked that his wife does not understand why men tend to care so much about such games.
Punk also explained that how things can get when two brothers are on different sides of the Old Firm divide and there is that animosity between them during matches.
When asked if he had been to an Old Firm clash, Punk said: “No. I wish I had. I mean we’re talking like brother versus brother, and who roots for whom and why? It’s intense and then I got my wife going: ‘I don’t know why you dumb men care so much about this’.”

Can Rangers win the Scottish Premiership?
For the first time since the 1984/85 season, there could be a Scottish Premiership winner who is not called Rangers or Celtic.
Hearts go into the split as league leaders and have a realistic chance of securing the title.
The Ibrox faithful would not care about the stat of there being no new winner for over 40 years and would want their team to get over the line.
It will certainly be an interesting few weeks as the lead is expected to shift on multiple occasions, given how the games are scheduled.

Rangers have every chance of winning the league, especially as Danny Rohl has managed to get a tune out of these players.
He has even taken them to warm-weather training in Spain, and that will be crucial as it gives the players a chance to relax in a better environment and also refresh themselves ahead of the title race.
It will also serve as a good time to bond and inculcate team cohesion.
