    Leeds United target Callum Wilson

Leeds United will turn their attention to West Ham United striker Callum Wilson to provide cover for Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the winter transfer window.

Now the England international looks set to mutually terminate his contract at the London Stadium, and the Whites are keeping an eye on his situation.

Daniel Farke could lose Joel Piroe in the coming weeks, with Celtic the latest team to enter the race, and it remains to be seen how things unfold at the West Yorkshire outfit.

The news outlet reports that the Suriname international could be allowed to leave Elland Road if the Whites sign a new number nine.

It’s been claimed that Farke wants a new centre-forward in January, and Wilson, who is open to reducing his wages, is on the West Yorkshire outfit’s radar.

The 33-year-old is expected to be a free agent once again next week, having only signed for West Ham last summer after leaving Newcastle United.

What does Joel Piroe think about Elland Road exit?

Piroe wants to fight for his place at Elland Road, and it will be interesting to see whether Farke will give him more game time to prove himself over the next few matches.

It wouldn’t make sense for the 26-year-old to continue at Leeds if Wilson does walk through the door in LS11.
