Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have re-entered the spotlight with the start of the 2024 NFL season, as fans can’t get enough of the relationship between the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the superstar musician.

While the duo are still together and dating, there have been quite a few rumors that have popped up over the past couple of weeks that have suggested they could be headed for a breakup in the near future.

Fans have pointed to Swift not being in attendance for some of Kelce’s Chiefs games, but these rumors have largely been shot down to this point. Another blunt truth bomb emerged on Thursday, with a source close to the couple saying that they are as strong as they have ever been, dubbing the relationship as a “modern day love story.”

Given the amount of attention Kelce and Swift receive, it’s not necessarily a surprise to see all these rumors of a potential breakup popping up. It hasn’t seemed to impact them at all, though, as they remain as solid as ever according to folks who are close to them.

This will undoubtedly make “Swifties” everywhere happy, and the same can be said about Chiefs fans, as they won’t have to worry about Kelce getting consumed with off-field drama involving Swift, as that could take the focus away from football and his production with the Chiefs.

Kelce finally seems to be getting his feet under him after a slow start to the season, as he’s racked up 16 catches for 159 yards over the past two games after hauling in just eight passes for 69 yards in the first three games of the season.
