David Sullivan will sell up and leave West Ham on one condition, claims journalist
West Ham chief David Sullivan will sell his majority stake in the club and leave on one condition according to a prominent journalist.
Hammers fans have been protesting all season long for David Sullivan and vice-chair Karren Brady to leave or at least stand down from the day-to-day running of West Ham.
Now it seems those who want the duo out could get their wish if one journalist’s claims are accurate.
Weight has been added to the calls for Sullivan and Brady to leave by the publication of West Ham’s accounts, which show the club made record losses of £104m.
And the woeful financial outlook could ultimately be Sullivan and Brady’s undoing.
This is shocking! 😰 Relegation is going to be dire for West Ham…
What would YOU do to avoid this mess?

Especially as they leave the club in more debt than when the duo, and David Gold, first arrived 16 years ago.
Brady has broken a major promise she made in 2010 that West Ham would never be in such financial turmoil again.
Observer journalist George Simms claims Karren Brady could resign imminently in the wake of the record losses and the loss of a key ally in Tara Warren.

That, claims Simms, would then likely see Sullivan sell up and leave West Ham.
Simms has stated that Brady is believed to be considering imminent resignation, in part due to the dire accounts, but not helped by the December departure of her long-term friend and ally Tara Warren, who was announced as a non-executive director of the Independent Football Regulator nine days ago.
Brady has been very vocal in vehemently opposing a the football regulator.
And Simms claims that ‘if there are skeletons at the London Stadium, Warren would likely know where they are buried’.
Would you take relegation if it meant that David Sullivan would leave?! 🤔
Not a nice position to be in – but what would YOU choose if you had to?

He added that Warren’s defection to the regulator ‘cannot have been a popular decision given Brady’s public opposition to it’.
Should Brady stand down, as Simms suggests she will, he goes on to state that Sullivan will be next as he questions ‘what he gets out of maintaining control of West Ham’.
“Loathed by fans and unwilling to change, this is now a solely selfish pursuit, damaging a beloved club to soothe his ego,” Simms states.
“If Brady does leave, he will be the sole face of a failing institution, knowing deep down that he has failed it.”
Some Hammers fans may welcome the news that Sullivan could follow Brady out of the London Stadium exit.
