Danny Rohl has concerning Rangers issue to address as new reveal could end Scottish Premiership title hopes

In the first few months of his spell in charge, the Bears didn’t have a consistent goalscorer, and they relied on clean sheets to help them climb back up the Scottish Premiership table.
Emmanuel Fernandez has been fantastic, scoring four league goals and winning 69.5 per cent of his aerial duels in the league, according to Sofascore.
Nasser Djiga has been calm on the ball, and his pass accuracy of 93 per cent shows that he can be reliable when called upon.
However, Rohl may have a problem on his hands as Rangers have a habit of conceding late goals, which could put an end to their title hopes.

Rangers are conceding goals too many late goals
Rangers have shipped 21 goals in 27 Scottish Premiership games this season, which is incredibly impressive.
A lot of credit must go down to Jack Butland, who has kept 11 clean sheets and saved all three of the penalties that he has faced.
Despite the defensive efforts, Rangers have conceded five goals from the 81st minute onwards, which is the highest figure during any 10-minute period in their league matches this season.
| 10-minute periods in games | Goals conceded | Percentage of all goals conceded in the Scottish Premiership |
| 81-90′ | 5 | 24% |
| 11-20′ | 4 | 19% |
| 31-40′ | 3 | 14% |
| 61-70′ | 3 | 14% |
The most frequent times Rangers are conceding in the Scottish PremiershipThe Bears conceded an 89th-minute equaliser to Motherwell on 11 February, and on the first day of the season against the Fir Park outfit, they couldn’t prevent Emmanuel Longelo’s leveller in the 87th minute.
That’s four points dropped against the same opponent, and had they held on for those matches, they would be top of the table.
Of course, every team concedes late equalisers or winners, but the fact that the Light Blues have had to claw back such a big gap on Hearts and Celtic at the start of the season means they have to remain faultless in the coming weeks, especially when they are seeing out a lead.
If they continue to switch off in the closing stages of matches, it will inevitably cost them the chance of winning their first Scottish Premiership title since 2020-21.

With just three points separating the top three, one lapse in concentration could prove to be disastrous, and Rohl can’t let this go unaddressed.
Ranges are also scoring an abundance of late goals
The majority of the squad are inexperienced in title races, and that’s perhaps an explanation for why Rangers struggle at the end of games.
They may be shaky in the closing moments of certain matches, but the depth in their squad has also allowed them to punish other teams.
12 of their 47 league goals have come after the 81st minute, which includes some late equalisers against Dundee and Dundee United earlier in the season.
The Ibrox outfit have won 10 points from losing positions, which is only bettered by Dundee United.
