Nuno Espirito Santo will be fuming as Premier League announcement made for West Ham vs Manchester United

It has been three wins from the last four games for Nuno Espirito Santo, with West Ham having a good bill of health ahead of Tuesday evening.
Over the past few weeks, the E20 outfit have done well to keep themselves in touching distance of those around them.
While the Irons head into Tuesday’s game as underdogs, an announcement ahead of the game will certainly not fill Nuno with much hope.

Simon Hooper appointed for West Ham vs Man United
The Premier League have confirmed that Simon Hooper will take charge of West Ham’s game against Man United at the London Stadium.
Hooper will be joined alongside Adrian Holmes and Simon Long as his linesmen, Tim Robinson as his fourth official, and Craig Pawson on VAR duties with Daniel Robathan assisting.
Hooper has taken charge of one West Ham game this season already, as the Irons drew 1-1 against Brighton.

In that fixture, he dished out two yellow cards apiece while giving 12 fouls in West Ham’s favour and eight against them, not forgetting the drama around the late equaliser.
Overall, he typically whistles for 24 fouls a game and has issued 58 yellow cards and two red cards this season, as per WhoScored.
Hooper’s decision vs Brighton left Nuno fuming this season
In early December of this season, there was a decision made at AMEX Stadium that left the Hammers boss, Nuno, extremely upset, with Hooper at the centre of his unhappiness.
As West Ham looked on their way to three points against Brighton, a controversial equaliser was allowed to stand.
Georginio Rutter had controlled the ball with his hand before moments later scoring the equaliser to make it 1-1.
The Premier League rules meant Rutter’s goal stood, but that was not the only complaint.
In the build-up, Charalampos Kostoulas committed a high boot offence that struck Konstantinos Mavropanos in the head.
Former PGMOL chief Keith Hackett felt Kostoulas’ high boot was dangerous enough for the goal to be disallowed.
After the game and the dropped two points, Nuno admitted the decision was “hard to take”. Let’s hope it is not deja vu for the Hammers boss this time around.
