This is what West Ham United now want as official Niclas Fullkrug bid made ahead of January

West Ham are gearing up for a busy January transfer window of incomings, but several exits could be sanctioned, and this includes Niclas Fullkrug.
When West Ham signed Fullkrug from Borussia Dortmund in 2024, many saw him as Michail Antonio’s long-term successor.
But the transfer of the German international has been a disaster, and only 18 months on from his switch to the London Stadium, the 32-year-old has scored just three goals in 29 appearances.
As a result, Fullkrug is regarded as one of Tim Steidten’s worst West Ham signings, and that is why a January exit is edging closer.

AC Milan submit official Niclas Fullkrug offer
Despite his struggles with injury and lack of goalscoring form, the former Dortmund striker has generated significant interest from clubs across Europe.
Wolfsburg have explored a loan move for Fullkrug, while AC Milan have showcased their desire to sign him, and they appear the most likely to get a deal over the line.
It was revealed on Tuesday that Milan were readying a bid for Fullkrug, with journalist Florian Plettenberg reporting that an official offer has been made.
The Italian giants want to sign the forward on loan with an option to sign him permanently; however, West Ham want to place an obligation to buy in any deal.
The Hammers hierarchy are currently reviewing the offer, so it remains to be seen whether the Serie A side agree to placing an obligation in his contract.
Strikers West Ham are targeting to replace Fullkrug
It’s just over two weeks until the transfer window officially opens, but it appears Fullkrug will be on his way out of the London Stadium.
That leaves Nuno Espirito Santo with just Callum Wilson as his only natural centre-forward, increasing the importance of capturing a striker in January.
Several names have been linked to the Premier League side, and two of them are from Championship clubs. West Ham have shown an interest in Josh Sargent from Norwich City, with the Canaries valuing him at £20million.
Meanwhile, Haji Wright is someone on their radar, along with Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee and AC Milan’s Santiago Gimenez.
