Hammers United respond to claims David Sullivan and Karren Brady are leaving West Ham
Hammers United have issued a response to a major new claim that David Sullivan and Karren Brady have started the process of leaving West Ham.
The leading fan group behind the large-scale protest movement aimed at removing the duo has responded after speculation about major changes at the top of the club began to spread overnight.
Majority owner David Sullivan and vice-chair Karren Brady are the primary targets of protests being carried out by West Ham fans this season.
The slogan of what Hammers United have vowed will be a season-long campaign of activism against the board, is ‘No More BS’ using the initials of the unpopular duo.
When West Ham’s Fan Advisory Board issued a public vote of no confidence in the club’s owners in September, it was with a view to forcing substantial change from top to bottom at the London Stadium.
Sullivan and Brady start process of leaving West Ham?
There have been clear improvements on the pitch and regarding the unity in the team and connection with fans since the appointment of Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Hammers go into the November international break with back-to-back wins reigniting their season amid serious concerns over relegation from the Premier League.
West Ham also go into the break with fresh speculation swirling around the ownership.
Hammers fans staged their latest protest against the board with a mass march ahead of the win over Burnley at the London Stadium.

It is estimated around 10-12,000 fans turned out in what has been declared the biggest ever protest against West Ham’s owners.
Footage showed thousands of fans marching to the director’s entrance as many talked of being emotional seeing just how many attended.
Some supporters even arranged for a West Ham-themed hearse to drive to the London Stadium while others carried a coffin on their shoulders to the match as a symbol of the club’s demise.
Supporters sang anti-board chants outside the ground and many fans refused to actually attend the game after marching.
Hammers United respond to claims Sullivan and Brady are leaving
With the glare of the national football media fixed on the protests, Sullivan, Brady and the board are under more pressure than ever to act on demands from supporters.
Now Hammers United have responded to claims Sullivan and Brady are leaving West Ham.
It is being claimed on long-established fan sites such as KUMB that this will now be Brady’s final season at West Ham.
Posts claiming to be based on inside information about major changes coming in the corridors of power at West Ham, also state Sullivan is now actively courting suitors for his shares in West Ham.
The unverified rumours are being seen as a potential victory for the protest movement.

After the public vote of no confidence, West Ham’s FAB has met twice with the board, including Brady, to list and discuss the changes they want to see at the club.
A key pillar to those demands is for proper professionals to be hired to take over the day-to-day running of the Hammers.
That essentially means the removal of Sullivan, who has been de facto director of football since the sacking of Tim Steidten earlier this year, and Brady.
The duo have been at West Ham for almost 16 years since Sullivan and David Gold bought the club in January 2010.
The Irons were said to be on the brink of administration back then with debts exceeding £100m.
‘For the record’ – West Ham fan group reacts to news of board changes
While West Ham have recently won their only major trophy of the last 45 years, the move to the London Stadium has resulted in irreconcilable differences between the fans and the ownership.
The Hammers board revealed record £100m plus losses will be posted in the club’s accounts next month.
Fans have been reacting to the claims about the potential departure of Sullivan and Brady with many seeing it as ‘light at the end of the tunnel’.
But Hammers United have moved to play down the rumours.
The group, which has a 25,000 strong membership, suggests it may be premature.
“Just for the record we have not heard anything at all about possible changes at board level at West Ham United,” Hammers United state.
Hammers News will endeavour to clarify the rumours with the West Ham board directly and keep fans updated.
